Branding and Corporate Identity

This management consultancy was dedicated to improving customer service. They preached that the customer had the strongest voice. The tagline became the headline and main message rather than an afterthought in a small font. The anthropomorphic logo (T face within an abstract O head) interacted with the communication bubble in all their materials. The logo — thus the company — always saying, “It’s about the customer,”  left no doubt to the client as to their main messaging.
