What separated the Visiting Nurse Association of Southeastern CT from other health services was their outstanding staff. So instead of praising the company, we made the nurses the stars. Bright color motifs imparted some life and energy. The uncoated paper gave a more tactile and personal feeling rather than a glossy brochure that would have given a subconscious perception of a (protective) barrier and take away from the feelings of caring, connection, and warmth.
