Mobile app for parents, and advisors to prospective students, to apply for membership in the College Crusade program and have the ability to upload the required documents for admission. One of the main challenges was to prevent having sensitive minor information reside on the advisor’s mobile devices when not immediately needed.

HIGHLIGHTS

• User Research: Original (incorrect) assumptions about a lower-economic demographic was found to mostly have the latest iPhones. Glad we did the research!
  
  
• Prototype Testing: The application process had many variables so prototypes were created and iterated upon until we felt comfortable for the initial launch.
  
  
• Journey Mapping: There were two primary ways to submit the required documents: photograph them all at once then upload later; or complete each one-by-one.
