A stand-alone on-site property inspection app for tablets and mobile phones. Inspectors are always on the move, walking quickly, snapping photos with annotations, and creating notes. Speed, simple to read UI, and large interactive components were keys to success.

HIGHLIGHTS

• User Research: Attended various on-site inspections observing an inspector and property manager working in tandem.
  
  
• Improvement: Integrating a better voice-capable note feature would have been great. Too much ambient background noise to translate accurately while walking, and having headphones on was too distracting when accompanied by property managers.
