Mobile App

Sales people needed the ability to tap into the company’s database and get the most up-to-date answers on their questions about products and services when meeting with clients. This mobile app allowed the company to push new information for the sales team to digest, enabled co-workers to help clarify answers, and be the single de facto go-to-resource rather than having information scattered all over the place.



HIGHLIGHTS

  • User Research: Initial interviews from various sales team members to identify core features and define the MVP.

  • Pilot Users: A small team piloted the app for a month and provided feedback and refinement prior to launch.

  • Challenges: Reading and reviewing attachments via mobile was not ideal. Having a text-only version of an attachment would be a nice feature.
